At SQ, your satisfaction (and comfort) comes first — and we’re here to make sure you love what you receive.

We offer a one-time exchange or refund at the time of delivery, with the courier present.

Here’s how it works:

• When your order arrives, you’re welcome to check the size, fit, and quality in front of the courier.
• If you’d like to exchange a size or return an item, simply hand it back to the courier on the spot.
• Once you confirm with the courier and they leave, the order is considered final — and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted after that.

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once the product has left your possession.

How to care:

Here's a simple guide to hand-washing your swimsuit.

1-Rinse immediately:
After swimming, rinse your swimsuit in cold water to remove salt, chlorine, and sand.

2-Hand-wash:
Fill a basin with cool water and add a gentle detergent. Submerge your swimsuit and gently agitate it. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing too hard, as this can damage the fabric.

3-Rinse thoroughly:
Rinse the swimsuit in cold water until all the detergent is removed.

4-Air dry:
Lay your swimsuit flat on a clean towel to air dry

Caution⚠️: for Delicate Fabric  
This collection consists of an exceptionally soft and delicate fabric. Please steer clear of rough surfaces like wood, rock, brush, straw beach bags  as they may scratch or harm the fabric.  

  
When donning light-hued pieces, pair them with a white or skin color sports bra - underwear underneath. Avoid printed or patterned underwear as they may be visible, so opt for something straightforward and unembellished.
